At Astrid Perfume, we want you to be completely enchanted by your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and gently used fragrances. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original box with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our olfactory specialists inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
